BloodHound CLI

Installs and manages BloodHound Community Edition in one command.

The official utility to deploy the modern Community edition of BloodHound (the web app over Postgres and Neo4j) without wrestling Docker by hand. One `bloodhound-cli install` brings up every container and leaves the interface ready; `start` and `stop` control it afterwards. It is purely infrastructure (it neither collects nor analyses data), but it is the mandatory step before importing what `SharpHound` or `bloodhound-python` gathered and seeing the domain graph.
